At Summit Landscape, we take pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address any concerns quickly and fairly.
Maintenance Services

Payments for ongoing maintenance services are non-refundable once work has been performed for the billing period.

If you cancel your maintenance contract before the next scheduled service, any pre-paid amount for unused services will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Capital & Enhancement Projects

Deposits made to secure a project are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

If a project is canceled prior to material purchase or work start, deposits may be refunded minus administrative costs (typically 10% of the project value).

If there is an issue with the quality or scope of work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem at no additional cost before considering any refund.
Special Circumstances
Refunds outside the above guidelines may be considered at our discretion in cases of hardship, weather-related delays, or situations beyond our control.
